standards related to film screenings, ticket sales, concessions, and accessibility for customers
with disabilities.
- Communication: We effectively communicate any changes in show times, policies, or special events
to customers through our website, social media, or signage within the premises.
Customers’ Code of Conduct:
- Respectful Behavior: Customers are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner
towards fellow customers, cinema staff, and the cinema property at all times.
- Compliance with Policies: Customers should adhere to our cinema's policies regarding ticket
purchasing, seating arrangements, age restrictions governed by the GCAM, and any other
guidelines set forth by the management.
- Cleanliness: Customers are encouraged to dispose of trash in designated receptacles and to
refrain from bringing outside food or beverages into the cinema unless permitted by the
operator.
- Disturbance-Free Environment: Customers should refrain from disruptive behavior during film
screenings, including talking loudly, using mobile devices, or engaging in any activity that may
disturb other viewers.
- Compliance with Age Restrictions: Customers must adhere to age restrictions for films as per the
rating system and not attempt to gain entry to films for which they do not meet the age
requirements.
