Cleanliness: Play Cinema management is committed to maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene across all its facilities.

Customer Service: Play Cinema staff are committed to providing services to customers in a professional and respectful manner, and to handling complaints and inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.

Compliance with Regulations: Play Cinema is committed to complying with all laws and regulations issued by the relevant authorities, including those related to film screenings, age classification, and accessibility for persons with disabilities.

Communication: Play Cinema reserves the right to modify showtimes, prices, or policies, provided that customers are notified through available channels, including the official website, social media platforms, or on-site signage.
Customers’ code of conduct:

General Behavior: We kindly request that all guests conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner toward fellow guests, cinema staff, and cinema property at all times.

Compliance with Policies: We kindly request that all guests comply with the cinema’s policies relating to ticket purchases, seat allocation, and
showtimes, in addition to adhering to the age ratings issued by the General Commission for Audiovisual Media (GCAM) and any instructions issued by cinema management from time to time.

Cleanliness & Food: We kindly request that guests maintain the cleanliness of the premises by disposing of waste in designated bins.
We kindly request that outside food and beverages not be brought into the cinema unless expressly authorized.

Guest Comfort: We kindly request that guests refrain from engaging in any conduct that may disturb or inconvenience others during screenings,
including but not limited to loud conversations or the disruptive use of mobile devices.

Age Ratings: We kindly request that guests adhere to the designated age ratings applicable to each film,
in accordance with the approved classifications, to ensure an appropriate viewing environment for all attendees.

Experience Management: Cinema management reserves the right to take appropriate measures, when necessary, to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.

Personal Liability: Play Cinema hereby disclaims any liability for the loss, theft, or damage of guests' personal belongings.
Guests shall remain solely responsible for the safekeeping of their property at all times while on the premises.
